2023 Fall Festival of Leaves Photography Contest

The addition of the Fine Arts Tent at this year’s Fall Festival of Leaves will bring arts vendors, live demonstrations, and a new photography contest!  Cash prizes will be awarded in each category.

Rules and Specifications:

• Photographers should complete an application and pay submission fee using this link: http://lynk.fun/fflphoto
• Photos must be taken in Ohio by Ohio Photographers.
• Photograph entries must have been taken by the entrant, using a camera or cell phone.
• Minimal digital editing is acceptable (adjusting color, contrast, and cropping is OK).
• Due to space limitations, restrict the overall size of mounted submissions to no larger than 11” x 14” (including any mat used).
• Photos must be mounted on stiff backer board, foamboard, or matted. No glass or frames, please.
• Please place identifying information on the back of each mounted photo (your name, contact information, and category entered) or in the email accompanying your digital submission.  A separate email should be sent with each submission.
• Mounted photos must be dropped off at 107 E Main Street, Bainbridge by Wednesday, October 18th at 4:00pm.  Digital submissions must be emailed to photos@bainbridgeoh.com by the same date and time.  
• Category Winners will be awarded ribbons for first, second, and third places at the Fall Festival of Leaves.  First place winners in each category will receive a $50 cash prize.  
• Family Friendly Event: No nudity or lewd or offensive photos accepted.
• Every effort will be made to ensure the safety and security of all submitted photographs. However,
  the Fall Festival of Leaves organization nor its volunteers will be liable for any damages to submitted photos.
• Retrieval of photographs will be on Sunday, October 8th, from 3:00 p.m. until 6:00pm.
